Miss Unilag 2015 participation forms are now on sale. Each form is available at N5,000 (Five thousand naira only). Every qualified brainy and beautiful young ladies of the distinguished University of Lagos can now get the forms from any of the outlets below:

• ULSU Social Secretary's Office (SUB)
• Pintos Salon (New Hall)
• Studio De Best (Opp Mariere Boy's Hostel)
• Spice Studio (Faculty of Education)

Please Note That: The forms are not applicable to:

• None Unilag Students
• Unilag DLI Students
• Part-Time Students
• Final Year Students
• Diploma Students
• Height 5'7 and below
