2Baba's manager Efe Omoregie says there's no time to join issues with Blackface

Following the raging song theft allegation against Nigerian music legend 2Baba by his former music group member Blackface, 2Baba 's manager Efe Omoregie has said there's no time to join isssue with Blackface. “We don’t have any comment, we don’t want to join any issues with him.” he said when contacted by Saturday Beats.

The issue all started when Blackface took to twitter on Tuesday to accuse 2Baba of stealing his 'Let Somebody Love You' song from him. “You singing #LetsomebodyLoveYou without telling me when you know its my song isn’t going down without the world knowing what you and your  manager Efe been doing …am coming for una, don’t get it twisted #ItsGameOn”

Meanwhile 2Baba had said in a TV interview during the week, that he was surprised that his former label mate would attack him in a manner. He added he has no bad blood against Blackface.

“It’s just so unfortunate. I don’t know where it is coming from. I’m trying to think of different reasons. I thought maybe his account was hacked or something. Apparently it wasn’t hacked, so we’ll trash the whole matter. But I’ve got nothing but love and respect for him and it’s just so unfortunate that he’s coming at me like that,” 2Baba said in the interview.
