Mother arrested after car was stolen with her daughter inside while using the ATM

A mother in New Jersey has been arrested for endangering the welfare of her child after leaving the girl alone in a car that ended up getting stolen while she was using the Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
According to WABC news, the police say 28-year-old Marshay Smith, left her 5-year-old daughter in the back seat of her car in Trenton on Tuesday. When she returned, the car had been stolen.

After a brief search, police found the car abandoned in a nearby parking lot with the girl safe inside. Police however arrest the mother for her carelessness to endanger the live of her little baby.
