Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and wife Anita officially divorced

Christ Embassy founder, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and wife Anita Oyakhilome are officially divorced. Anita filed for a divorce from Pastor Chris in 2014, after it was reported that he had inappropriate relationships with members of his flock.

The divorce proceedings were finalised on Monday February 8, 2016. According to Anita's lawyers, she has dropped Oyakhilome from her name and will now be addressed as Anita Obhodaghe. Anita has also confirmed that she is no longer involved in or part of Christ Embassy AKA Believers LoveWorld INC.
