David Mark sworn in as Senator for the 6th time

Former senate president David Mark has been sworn in to the senate today March 2nd. Making the 6th time he would be inaugurated to represent the people of Benue South Senatorial District in the Upper Chamber. Mark had been in and out of the court over his annuled election which caused a rerun. He polled a total of 84, 192 votes to defeat his challenger, Daniel Onjeh of the APC who polled 71, 621 votes.
