Super Falcons laments over N10,000 match bonus paid to them

Super Falcons players are reportedly unhappy with the N10, 000 match bonus paid to them by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) after their 2-0 victory over Senegal on Tuesday, April 12.

The Super Falcons qualified for the 2016 Africa Women's Cup of Nations holding in Cameroon, by beating Senegal 2-0 in a return fixture after a 1-1 draw in Dakar.

After the win the players were reportedly handed 10,000 Naira ($50) a far cry from $4000 and $5000 that are paid the Super Eagles for a draw and win respectively.

According to reports, players and officials of the Super Falcons were decamped on Tuesday evening after the game and handed the sum of N10, 000 Naira.
