Former Super Eagles coach Amodu Shuaibu is dead

Former Super Eagles coach, Amodu Shuaibu is dead, the NFF announced early this morning Saturday June 11th. The technical director of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF), and four-time coach of the national team, reportedly passed on in his sleep Friday night, shortly after complaining of chest pain, He was 58 years of age. May his soul rest in perfect peace!

Amodu's death comes just three days after the death of Stephen Keshi, Nigeria’s football icon, who died at the age of 54.
